1st METALLICO Review Meeting

M18 Meeting in Espoo, Finland

After 18 months, we met again to discuss METALLICO's progress and future steps. This time, our meeting was held in Espoo, Finland, at the premises of our partners VTT.

During the meeting, all partners had the opportunity to present their work and their next steps. There was also room for discussions and networking.

M12 Meeting in Barcelona

METALLICO at Sea4Value Workshop

Thanks Sea4Value for having us at your workshop "Critical Raw Materials from unconventional sources: Ensuring supply through Circular Economy"!

Jose Luis Cortina Pallas from our partner Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya presented METALLICO at the workshop and was also part of a round table about barriers and opportunities of the CRM market.

Annual Meeting of the Cluster Hub “Production of raw materials for batteries from European resources”

During the Raw Materials Week 2023, the twelve Cluster Hub Projects met to for their annual meeting in Brussels. They talked about the latest developments in the projects and discussed new challenges and opportunities they discovered through the projects’ lifetime.

From September 25 -27, 2023, Jose Manuel from METALLICO's coordinator IDENER participated in the 4th Dresden Battery Days. The event, organized by our partners from Fraunhofer IKTS, is a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and sharing insights into the cutting-edge developments that are shaping the future of energy storage. The Dresden Battery Days are known for attracting leading experts and pioneers in the field of battery research and development.

RawMat 2023

METALLICO at international conference on Raw Materials and Circular Economy

4 September, 2023

From 28 August to 2 September 2023, the 2nd international conference on Raw Materials and Circular Economy took place in Athenes, Greece.

María Gonzalez-Moya Jimenez from our coordinator IDENER took the chance and presented METALLICO there: What are the project's objectives and aims? What metals are targeted? And who are the partners? These and other topics were presented.

The conference is bringing together the academic community, engineers, scientists, industry executives, stakeholders, policy makers, and other professionals in the field of rawmaterials an circular economy for a comprehensive, cross-discipline exchange of knowledge.

METALLICO M6 Meeting

15 June, 2023

After six month, the METALLICO consortium met online to discuss the progress of the project so far and to talk about the next steps. Therefore, each partner had the opportunity to present their work. There was also space for questions and discussions.

Kick-off Meeting in Sevilla
